The Epson DLQ-3500II is a premium wide-carriage impact dot matrix printer built for dependable, continuous, high-volume printing. Designed for businesses that rely on transaction documents—such as invoices, receipts, and multi-part forms—it delivers consistent output with a focus on low running costs. If you need a robust office printer price solution in Bangladesh for environments where reliability matters more than glossy graphics, this print-only monochrome dot matrix model is a practical choice.
Using proven 24-pin impact dot matrix technology, the DLQ-3500II produces clear text and forms on continuous paper and thick media. Its wide carriage supports 136 columns at 10 cpi, making it well-suited for large-format documents like ledger-style reports and detailed spreadsheets. With a print speed of up to 550 characters per second in High-Speed Draft mode, it helps reduce waiting time during busy billing cycles, batch printing, and daily transaction runs.
A key strength of this printer is its outstanding multi-part form capability, supporting 1 original plus 6 copies (7 forms total). This makes it ideal for organizations that require instant carbon copies for record-keeping and compliance, including logistics, finance departments, and public-sector transaction desks. Compared to typical inkjet or laser printers, the DLQ-3500II is purpose-built for form-based workflows where continuous-feed media and multi-copy output are daily requirements.
The DLQ-3500II offers flexible paper handling with push and pull tractor feed mechanisms and dedicated front, rear, and bottom paper paths. This versatility helps accommodate different paper types, including continuous forms and thicker media, which is especially useful in office setups where paper specifications vary by department. For teams that print large batches, the ability to handle continuous paper reliably can improve throughput and reduce interruptions during long print jobs.
Connectivity is designed for practical office compatibility, featuring standard USB along with bi-directional parallel. This supports integration with a wide range of workstation setups, including environments that still use legacy interfaces. For businesses in Bangladesh running mixed hardware—such as older billing terminals alongside newer PCs—this printer’s interface options help simplify deployment without forcing a full system refresh.
As a print-only monochrome device, the DLQ-3500II uses a long-life black fabric ribbon cartridge. The ribbon is designed for a yield of approximately 6 million characters, helping keep the total cost per print low over time. With an MTBF of 20,000 power-on hours and long ribbon life, it’s engineered for endurance—making it a strong fit for high-demand offices that prioritize uptime and predictable consumable costs.
Choose the Epson DLQ-3500II when your priority is reliable, high-volume printing of structured documents—especially multi-part forms—using continuous-feed paper. It’s a suitable option for banks, freight forwarders, customs-related offices, and other transaction-heavy operations in Dhaka and beyond. If your work requires color photos or high-resolution graphics, note that this model is not intended for color output; it’s optimized for crisp monochrome text and form printing using impact dot matrix technology.
