Featuring a 3.5mm 4-pole TRRS output connector, you can connect BY-M1 to your camera or camcorder under “camera” mode, and also connect it to your smartphone or tablet when switching to “OFF/Smartphone” mode. BY-M1S doesn’t need an LR44 battery and it can be powered by the device directly. It’s different from BY-M1. So you can use BY-M1S easier and conveniently.
